Essentially impossible to load my golf set under specified items. I have loaded photo, not good enough to proof ownership I have loaded price from the pro shop to show the estimated value of the set, not good enough to proof ownership I have gotten it appraised from the Pro Shop, not good enough to proof ownership But apparently the insured value can not be higher than the appraisal, so they will replace at a 5 year ago value even though they say ensure for what it will cost to replace The so called customer service “agent” has no common sense at ALL !!!!!!
My wireless internet services went offline on 29/12/2018. I have tried to log a call on the web interface, I have tried to phone their local branch, I tried to phone the number on the website and facebook page, I even tried to phone the owner. However, each time I get a voice recording that I have reached them outside office hours and that I should log a call on the web interface, but as I mentioned this doesn’t yield any results. I am not sure what to do from here except to go to the office personally (hopefully they open the door

I have bought a few Lego sets from them over the past few years and everytime I have gotten my parcel on time and in excellent condition. Usually you get what you pay for but with them you get more than your money's worth. They have the best price in South Africa by a LOOOOONG shot and service to boost.</p>
