The goods I ordered from Biovea, which qualified for 'free delivery' are currently at my local Post Office and will not be released until a Customs charge of £4.10, plus a handling charge of £8.00 are paid. I have contacted Biovea customer support on 6 occasions now and have not received a response. I paid for the goods in good faith and find myself out of pocket to the sum of £66.75. This is unacceptable customer service - unsuspecting potential customers, please be aware!!
