Skimping on ingredients

Bird & Co Rosebank used to be one of my go-to spots because the food is good and the flavours are great, but lately the consistency has completely fallen apart. Their sauces are all over the place. The “hot” sauce has somehow turned mild, and they’ve become extremely stingy with portions.

I ordered rice and strips and got a tiny amount of sauce. When I asked for more, I was told I had to pay extra. Everything now feels like it’s about squeezing money out of customers instead of delivering quality food.

They’ve officially lost me and my family as customers. I’d rather go to Mochachos or Nando’s where the sauces are always consistent and freely available in bottles. Bird & Co Rosebank needs to seriously rethink their priorities.
