I purchased a Birkenstock Bend Low online at an excruciating price. It came damaged with deep scratches. I emailed customer care and was asked to have it sent back which would take days because they first needed to check the shoe before dispatching a new 1 despite me sending pictures.
I needed the shoe urgently so eventually agreed to drive to a branch to have it swopped out. Customer care assured me that it was waiting for me. I get to the branch that I drove specially to and there was no shoe.
