Pandora online has been a nightmare to deal with. Considering their over priced products, I decided to make 3 purchases of a total of around 8 Items for my daughters birthdays. The first order was cancelled - until today No refund. When I contacted Pandora via email, they said it was a system error but with no apology just assumed I still wanted the items 3 weeks later. I refused to accept the order and until today no reply, no way forward. Totally disrespectful. Second order the 1 item was too small, I went to the East Rand Mall branch, Sandton and Woodmead branch and nobody could help me as it was an online order and they unable to. What stupid systems don't you have. Under no circumstances will I ever do business with Pandora again, and please to everyone out there I don't recommend you do either. You will be sitting with expensive items you cant use and money that is not refunded to you for weeks going on months on end.
MTN is horrific and definitely ****ming customers. I had cancelled my contract last year November 2025 and shifted to Prepaid. When I asked for confirmation of cancellation, they advised all calls are recorded and I shouldn't worry about it. It took me months and endless hours on the phone to even get to that point. Now 4 months later they disconnect my line and advise I have 3 other contracts which is incorrect. They are a Huge problem. Don't take out any contracts with them. I have been cheated.
Southern Sun Newlands Horrible and Old. The Bathrooms don’t have proper showers and there was no essentials provided. The fridge doesn’t work. The door doesn’t lock and the security chain doesn’t work either. Won’t stay here ever again and won’t recommend it either. Definately not a 4 Star hotel. It’s terrible.
Sitting at the Nedbank Sandton City branch for over 30mins. I watch tons of staff standing around doing nothing but there is no assistance. There are still people waiting before me and no indication as to how long I still need to wait and why for FICA verification. Waste of time and effort. This is unacceptable. I can’t understand how Nedbank won an award when their service is disgusting.
Pick and Pay ASAP horrible pathetic nasty bad disgusting service. I can’t think of any worst words to describe the horrible service for the ASAP application and delivery. It’s never on time, you never get what you looking for and the app is temperamental. The only reason I occasionally use it is for Ebucks and I’m begining to think even that’s not worthwhile.
Purchased a bag from Fraser’s and was supp**** with a defect bag. I packed my bag for travel only to find the locks don’t work. When I called the lady at the Sandton branch said well there is nothing they can do and it’s under Guarantee so it needs to be sent in. Do you not check these basic things when making sales?
Standard Bank has to be the worst bank to deal with. I absolutely despise going to any branch and it’s actually pathetic that their online website and mobile has not evolved and offers such limited functionality. They need to up their game and move with technology. FICA verification still needs to be done at a branch but the problem I have is that I have been required to do it so many times. Why does it not stay correctly on their systems. It’s the worst place to bank and I am trying everything in my power to move away from them completely. I’m currently at a branch. There are only 2 tellers and it ain’t moving at all. Afraid to know howlong it’s going to take. Standard bank needs innovation, they have to have the worst processes and systems.
Received my online purchase in a horrific state. the box was completely open and the contents had been tempered with. The only reason I accepted was because of the urgent need for them for a function that my family needs to attend. Nike.com has NO contact email and their chat function is horrible. The chat is of no assistance and the agent easily exit the chat when they dont feel like responding. Its not the first time I have had trouble, its just such a pity that sometimes we don't have the luxury of time to go out to stores and forced to buy online.
We checked in to the Radisson Blu Umhlanga last week Friday. The facilities are good but the rooms lack ventilation and the side sea ocean view, gosh it’s a side for sure. We wanted to order in room service but was told there is no breakfast menu after around 4 calls being pushed form pillar to post and over an hour later we were sent a horrible piece of paper that didn’t even appeal to order from. We left and ate elsewhere. We were overcharged for the room and it’s a week later with no refund. I have tried to call but gets pushed from one call to another with no assistance.
