This all happened when Link Africa bought them. I used to have no issues, but now.... I cant imagine honestly how ANY business would still be with them. A SLA means ABSOLUTELY nothing. I had instances where a business fibre link has been of for 2 weeks, and believe me everyone is escalating. That also means nothing, its just another email probably going to noreply@bitco.co.za. I had the privilege to wait more than an hour to go into my OWN space in their data center, and thats to top off the email that they acknowledge 5 hours before. I really dont know how it can take more that a week JUST to get a IP address allocated too. You guys are KILLING our business, and to me it looks like you feel absolutely no remorse for doing that. I came to you guys because you were the best, but believe me when this contracts are done - you will not be seeing any of my business again!

This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how deeply frustrating prolonged outages, slow escalations, and delays with data centre access and IP allocations must be—especially when it impacts your customers and business operations.
I’d really appreciate the opportunity to investigate each of the incidents you’ve mentioned, including the extended fibre downtime and the access delay at our data centre. These issues should never take that long to resolve, and I want to ensure we address the root causes directly with the responsible teams.
