Tenant exploitation

Even the one star is not deserved at all, I have never come across such a bunch of unprofessional people who lack curtesy skills not to mention common decency. I am always having issues of stuff at the flat not being maintained to standard I am a tenant from the get-go there were issues that I reported which to this day have never been resolved. Now it's even worse where the issue is our safety due to loose door handles. The material used to build the flats firstly is cheap and everything seems like a rushed job. Now I have raised the issue of the door handles as it's getting rather worse and I am being told that I need to pay it out of mt own pocket how when I did not cause any damage. This Bitprop company is nothing but a piece of **** and the way we are being treated as tenants is completely unacceptable. This is definitely not value for money, it's appalling and very disgusting.
