The experience has been horrible for a while, been told different things by different advisors I could see product knowledge gap. After filing a complaint my inquiry was resolved and our WiFi is activated. Thank you, hopefully we will not have issues again.
The decided to let me know at almost 9pm that they returning my order to the sender where as I did not get a call or a knock for the delivery. And these are important clothes that are needed. I am so disappointed
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would not have awarded this company even one. The service we have received has been nothing short of diabolical and appalling, and words cannot fully express my dissatisfaction. We were issued a unique voucher to use at retail stores to pay for our WiFi, which now appears to be invalid. On top of that, the link provided for online payment does not work. Since 08:00 this morning, I have been trying to get assistance through the WhatsApp line. It is now after 17:00, and I still have no resolution. I have repeatedly answered the same verification questions, been passed from one agent to another, and received absolutely no help. Our WiFi is now at risk of being disconnected simply because no one can generate a new payment link. All we requested was a new link so we could pay—nothing unreasonable, nothing complicated. I have never encountered such unprofessional and *********** service. There is clearly no regard for customer experience, and the entire process has been a complete and utter disappointment.

I’ve never seem such a bunch of *********** fools, Asive, Phumlani and Buhle. These mother****ers have charged me for work they did not even do. Their service is disputable and appalling.
They have had my laptop in for repair over 21 days which was the timeframe given. The laptop died after I purchased it from them In less than 6 months ago. Been trying to contact them and they ignore me.
I have purchased a wikideal worth of R1950 for my birthday and the I read carefully what the fine print says which states that booking has to be made 24hrs prior to the date. I have made a booking on the 11th and I have not had any confirmation and the manager is not responding via email or sending me any confirmation. The service is horrible, I have been calling and no one is helping or even responding to the email and their rules they are now coming up with are not detailed on the fine print of the wikideal. The staff and manage of fountains hotel is shocking and pretty much disgusting. PLEASE HELP
These people are not to be trusted, they have messed up my finances. They disguised the debt review they blindly put me into. I was told by Themba Dlamini that it’s not debt review when I asked him on the phone call he said they are not debt review they assist with lowering interests after negotiating with creditors. Now I have been double billed by my creditors and RUS, I am out of pocket and they are not assisting me with a refund. Even the one star is not deserved at all, I have never come across such a bunch of unprofessional people who lack curtesy skills not to mention common decency. I am always having issues of stuff at the flat not being maintained to standard I am a tenant from the get-go there were issues that I reported which to this day have never been resolved. Now it's even worse where the issue is our safety due to loose door handles. The material used to build the flats firstly is cheap and everything seems like a rushed job. Now I have raised the issue of the door handles as it's getting rather worse and I am being told that I need to pay it out of mt own pocket how when I did not cause any damage. This Bitprop company is nothing but a piece of **** and the way we are being treated as tenants is completely unacceptable. This is definitely not value for money, it's appalling and very disgusting. Hi there I need help, I am unable to load my token and I have bought 2 more and still I have the same issue, when I key in the number on my box it’s shows that it’s number 2 yet I am still not getting the 3 token.
