I placed an order with Biuky on 8th march 2019 & got a trace number from this supplier ...the goods arrived in NL on 14 March & since then I have sent many emails asking WHY their shipper has NOT moved the goods from there. I keep getting either a no reply from Biuky OR a message to wait for their shipping company to advise?? Well since date above is now approching 2 months delay & still the goods are at same point I feel that a refund in full is expected. As they claim to have sent it registered post they can get a refund & re imburse me PRONTO!
