I placed an order with Biuky on 8th march 2019 & got a trace number from this supplier ...the goods arrived in NL on 14 March & since then I have sent many emails asking WHY their shipper has NOT moved the goods from there. I keep getting either a no reply from Biuky OR a message to wait for their shipping company to advise?? Well since date above is now approching 2 months delay & still the goods are at same point I feel that a refund in full is expected. As they claim to have sent it registered post they can get a refund & re imburse me PRONTO!
<p>I ordered a dishwasher from Makro online some 2 weeks ago..well website said delivery 2-5 days max..</p> <p>I tried sending a email to Mako support ....NO Reply so I phoned 1 week later only to be advised the unit was on the truck for delivery TODAY!!!</p> <p>It never arrived so the next day I phoned Thomson [@ call centre] who advised they were having trouble with delivery from their supplier BUT it would be delivered before 14,00 today STILL NO DELIVERY.</p> <p>This went on for a couple of days with the same story everyday until Friday 10th Feb when I phoned Thomson promised that it will be delivered Saturday before 11,00am so I waited IN VAIN ONCE AGAIN!!! At 11,20 I PHONED again & he assured me the dishwasher will DEFINITELY be delivered befoire 14,00....</p> <p>Guess what I,m still waiting & will Never recommend Mako online to anyone with this shocking NO SERVICE...</p>
