We purchased a DTF printer. nonstop issues with it, they would not deal with me, forced me to deal with the manufacturer in China!

Heads failed within 2 months, had to get new heads, no warranty coverage.

Then the board pops, they would not honor the warranty, their reply was "caused by load shedding", the kicker is that we run 100% on a battery inverter setup that powers the property. 0% downtime.
