<p>Good morning. <br />I am sorry to post this , but who ever is responding to emails is just not assisting me. I placed an order on the 13th of October and made the payment, I sent the proof of payment through with my order. Apparently you did not receive my order through uploading and asked me to create another copy and upload it through dropbox. I did this, but now I guess the order number and the payment description is not adding up, because admin keeps on sending me requests to pay, even though I did and I keep sending through proof of payment. literally over 10 times. Please assist or refund. I have never had these issues with creative albums in cape town, but this is probably what happens if you substitute quality for quantity.
