I ordered 2 photobooks online and had some trouble with the process. I have them a call and they immediately assisted me in a very friendly and professional manner. I uploaded my order on Thursday, thinking that I will probably wait 2 weeks to receive it, but in Monday the courier company delivered it to me in Pretoria! Have dealth with them a few years ago as well and never had any problems! Thanks for a GREAT service. Will be using them over and over again!

It would be awesome if your reviews went into negative in order to alert other people not to waste their money on BK Photobooks. Daddy's Deals are supporting and promoting them, so I am also concerned about the actual service from them too. I ordered and paid for the books over 6 weeks ago and today I was told they don't have my order number. When I pushed back, they suddenly appeared and will be delivered by Monday. Save you money people, don't waste it on these guys.

While the staff are very friendly, there is no customer service. I had to follow up a lot. When I received the book the first time, it had the incorrect cover on it. When I sent it back and received it the second time there were duplicated pages. When I phoned and informed the manager of this he laughed and advised that I ‘just cut them out’. There’s no organisation. Unprofessional.

BK photobooks are the worst. Bought a Daddy's deal voucher, uploaded my photos submitted early May and paid the delivery fee... Delivery 6 days. I have not received my order to date and no reply. Except for email asking me to pay again. Sent the proof of payment and nothing...

<p>Still waiting for my book that I ordered 23 Nov 2016. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift! I phoned them about 5 days and the promised it would be in time.</p> <p>I phoned them the last time on 21 Dec and they said i would receive it by 23 Dec. Yeh right!</p> <p>So on 23 Dec i made a comment to their FB page....they actually bothered to reply AT 11H30- saying my book would go out today (23 Dec). On my question whether it would be delivered by 15h00 when our offices close, they did not respond. Obviously not because they are in Durban and i am in PTA</p> <p>Today is 4 Jan 2017 and i am still waiting</p> <p> </p> <p>They do not answer their phones, do not answer email...WEBSITE tracking of order does not work</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM</p>

<p>Good morning. <br />I am sorry to post this , but who ever is responding to emails is just not assisting me. I placed an order on the 13th of October and made the payment, I sent the proof of payment through with my order. Apparently you did not receive my order through uploading and asked me to create another copy and upload it through dropbox. I did this, but now I guess the order number and the payment description is not adding up, because admin keeps on sending me requests to pay, even though I did and I keep sending through proof of payment. literally over 10 times. Please assist or refund. I have never had these issues with creative albums in cape town, but this is probably what happens if you substitute quality for quantity.
