Shocking customer service, basically they offer great deals (perhaps too good to be true) and after paying for the deal...you are ghosted!!! No communication, no products and no refund. I will be avoiding them at all costs going forward and make purchases from online suppliers that i can trust.
A special thanks to Arthur, the Manager at the Checkers Green Valley store for his excellent customer service and efficient service. I had recently bought a product which I wasn't completely happy with and Arthur took it upon himself to investigate what may have led to the product not being up to standard. He actually gave me a call and when I went into the store the next day, he knew exactly why I was there and my experience was amazing. Dealing with retail staff that care about the customer, just makes a person want to support that store even more. Well done.
Just a heads up to anyone ordering from Pick n Pay asap! I received a mouldy product from them, which is well within its expiry date. However when I lodged a complaint via the App, they want me to figure out which store it came from (and then drive there to return it) as they don't know themselves. Result is...it's probably safer to order from another retail store who know what customer service means.
OneCart sent me a voucher as I haven't shopped with them for a while. I placed a new order, used the voucher and paid the balance with my credit card. However no goods were delivered, apparently they were out of stock. I am still waiting to be reimbursed. I now have 4 reference numbers, but no goods and no cash. Truly pathetic customer service. Customers should should rather rely on the likes of PnP ASAP, Checkers Sixty60 or any other service provider - one that actually cares about their customers - not like the idiots at OneCart.
I have asked on numerous occasions (in writing) for Lebogang Komane (lebogang.komane@suninternational.com) to delete me from the Sun International database, as she constantly sends spam emails to me on a daily or weekly basis. I am not interested in buying timeshare from Sun International. In accordance with the POPI act I have requested that my personal details be deleted. Why are Sun International continuing to break the law?
So the Makro Online Store operates slightly different to the normal Makro Shop. When you buy goods from the Makro Shop, you pay for the items and then leave the store with the items. However when you order and pay from the Makro Online Store, it appears as if they are glad to take your money but fail to deliver the goods. I recently purchases 9 x items from the Makro Online Store and paid for them. This morning I was delivered only 1 x item, with the couriers informing me that the Makro Online Store had advised them to only deliver 1 x item and not the 9 x items I had paid for. What happened to the other 8 x items, it appears as if nobody knows. I've spoken to the courier, who advised that the Makro Online Store told them to deliver only 1 x item. I've spoken to the Marko Online Store who say they can see I ordered and paid for 9 x items and that my order was delivered and that they can escalate a query for me. Who has my goods and my money? It appears as if the Makro Online Store has both. What a joke...!
It would be awesome if your reviews went into negative in order to alert other people not to waste their money on BK Photobooks. Daddy's Deals are supporting and promoting them, so I am also concerned about the actual service from them too. I ordered and paid for the books over 6 weeks ago and today I was told they don't have my order number. When I pushed back, they suddenly appeared and will be delivered by Monday. Save you money people, don't waste it on these guys.
