<p>Still waiting for my book that I ordered 23 Nov 2016. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift! I phoned them about 5 days and the promised it would be in time.</p> <p>I phoned them the last time on 21 Dec and they said i would receive it by 23 Dec. Yeh right!</p> <p>So on 23 Dec i made a comment to their FB page....they actually bothered to reply AT 11H30- saying my book would go out today (23 Dec). On my question whether it would be delivered by 15h00 when our offices close, they did not respond. Obviously not because they are in Durban and i am in PTA</p> <p>Today is 4 Jan 2017 and i am still waiting</p> <p> </p> <p>They do not answer their phones, do not answer email...WEBSITE tracking of order does not work</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM</p>
<p>Not enough tellers available. Anytime you shop there. ALWAYS have to stand in long queus and then there is no packer.</p> <p>Plenty of staff standing around at entrance </p> <p> </p>
<p>A drive thru is not a drive thru - it is a stay through. You stay in the queu and wait hours.</p> <p>Every time.</p> <p>Buisnesses in SA should seriously learn what a drive thru is there for! Not supposed to take 3 x the time of walk in clients!!</p>
