Happy Christmas to us Sweep south disappoints us on a Christmas Eve with the bad customer service and the consultant tells me sorry we can’t help! Now we have a dirty house for Christmas! Bad bad bad
We were with first for women. But changed insurance. My husband was in a car accident, the other drivers fault as he used a lane that wasn’t for turning and turned into it. Contacted our insurance, car was fixed we had to pay an excess which they would claim back from the third party. After the accident we left them because we felt that it was more of an expense to be with them and we didn’t feel protected at all. Very happy with our new insurance. Since then the claim has gone to legal. The lady we dealing with is Carol who is not the most pleasant person to deal with. I called to follow up and she basically told me that i don’t have to call she will call me when my documents land on her desk. I love following up it’s almost r6000! I have missed some of her calls and upon returning them she has already left for the day I would say to every person I speak to can she please pop me an email as it’s difficult for me to answer during the day and after 4 pm is the only time I can call. Been almost 2 months no email. I have emailed her saying I missed the call can she email me no reply. I asked the question when I took my business somewhere else does this mean you won’t work on my claim I was assured no this is not the case but clearly it is just that. We have been busy with this claim since June/ July already and still the matter hasn’t been resolved. My last communication was on the 23/10/2018 saying to her please email me. The email before that was saying I called the office last week you weren’t there can you please email me it’s easier for me. One month and a half later and still no response. This is how dearly you treat customers I’m disgusted at the lack of service.
A standard cancellation email from sweepsouth at almost 11pm. To cancel a booking for Saturday morning at 9:30. I remade a booking after I got home and the sweepsouth didn’t clean my home properly. Their story not enough time when my husband said he left she was on her phone and having coffee their story she had to check in. How can a company not support customer service like this I’m actually dumb struck. My father in-law said every time he came in at our place she had her cellphone in her hand- they ignore that. I tell them other ladies have done a good job at the amount of hours - they ignore that. I comment on their fb page of the bad service they delete that! How is this good customer service I am very sure that the consumer act speaks a very different language!

<p>We went to the hotel for our wedding night so they parked our car and the next morning it came back damaged! We reported it, they did an investigation and tells us that they can't tell us where it got damaged. Now we have to fix it and pay the excess to insurance and we paid R4000 to stay in this hotel and they have no remorse for the damage to our car and now we have to pay a further R4000 for excess to our car! Ridiculous! Take responsibility for your actions!</p>

<p>About 3 weeks ago my fiancé was in an accident with our vehicle.</p> <p>we called the insurance they fetched it. </p> <p>Later on in the day a place called CMC called me to asked where my vehicle is as they have to tow it to there place! How bad is that the insurance don't communicate.</p> <p>when my fiancé told the person who helped him where the closes place is he insisted it isn't - just an indication how bad their staffs knowledge is</p> <p>for a few days we didn't hear from the insurance I called around checking on the car etc when I had all the information I got a call from them a day later and I told the girl why you calling me cause you information is useless</p> <p>A few days went by and nothing I called CMC to hear we waiting on your insurance</p> <p>i called them AGAIN </p> <p>got a response it just came in! Made me so cross cause they make nothing a priority! I'm a customer I felt as though the only reason they were so bad was because I for the insurance with the car so I'm not important!</p> <p>i asked that I want to know by the end of day what's happening I even asked for a manager to call </p> <p>it didn't happen!</p> <p>a day later she calls!</p> <p>i asked for the process to be speed up it's been almost 2 weeks! </p> <p>I have been getting updates from CMC saying they waiting on parts and it's the insurance! </p> <p>I get a call on friday from insurance telling me what I already know! So frustrating </p> <p>she tells me she will call Tuesday to check again! Not even Monday!</p> <p>now I'm feed up </p> <p>3 weeks no car! </p> <p>No parts even!</p> <p>most pathetic insurance! Lack of communication!</p> <p>bad customer service!</p> <p>worst experience ever!</p> <p>cant wait to change!</p> <p>will never recommended them!</p> <p> </p>
<p>So I bought a Groupon and decided to use it. Their site wouldn't take my card firstly so now I had to eft which is a pain. When I did it I sent proof of payment</p> <p>checked my status said I must still pay</p> <p>i emailed them no reply </p> <p>emailed again no reply</p> <p>contacted them via website no reply</p> <p>a week later I uploaded a screen shot from my bank</p> <p>emailed again no reply</p> <p>noe it says payments unclear</p> <p>i complained to Groupon they replied</p> <p>but bk books not a word!</p> <p>such bad service and no communication at all!</p> <p>worst mistake ever!</p>
