Peace of mind
Really excellent job from bkv. I had no idea what was going on with my car but they communicated everything with reports and photos describing the damages which made me feel better about proceeding with repairs because other workshops have charged me for repairs that I never had proof needed to be done. I waited a few months to leave this review expecting something to go wrong as it typically always has. Nothing but a happy car and happy customer. Thank you

Peace of mind
Really excellent job from bkv. I had no idea what was going on with my car but they communicated everything with reports and photos describing the damages which made me feel better about proceeding with repairs because other workshops have charged me for repairs that I never had proof needed to be done. I waited a few months to leave this review expecting something to go wrong as it typically always has. Nothing but a happy car and happy customer. Thank you

Thorough, professional and transparent
Been using Bkv for 2 years and have had excellent service where I have had to service and repair less on my vehicles than I have in the past when using other mechanics. They have always ensured that my fleet is properly maintained before unnecessary issues arise. Brandon is thorough, professional and transparent. His staff are friendly and responsive. Changes the service game
Bkv has been attending to our fleet for little over a year and it has been excellent service and communication throughout. At times when we thought services were due, they were honest enough to let us know that according to their books, the service was done already and we had not updated our books accordingly. Poor work values
Failed to successfully carrying out repairs on a truck and left the brakes in a non working condition. Also note this company falsely advertises and is not RMI accredited, neither do they have a premises to work from. Dirty mechanics working out of a bakkie and a car.

Dear all. Please note that BKV is operated with ********* business values. The owner comes off as kind and knowledgeable. However when exposed of his poor workmanship and knowledge from the eal profesionals, he tries to play victim. He was contracted to do brakes all round on a truck of mine which was a complete disaster. Upon testing there was literally no brake pressure at all. We called him out and he did return to try and correct his mistakes. After 2 weeks of him and his apprentice day in and out bleeding the brakes over and over, I lost confidence and told him I will rather attend to the problem myself. This is when I found he had charged me for reconditioned parts he supp**** that were still faulty. Brake cylinders that he was suppose to replace/recondition were only spray painted. We stripped it and found contamination on the inside as well as blocked bleeding nipples. (Thus I found his knowledge in brake hydraulics is not to specification). Correcting these repairs, I found that one of the new parts fitted had also been faulty. I stripped the part and found the seals damaged. He refused to refund me due to me stripping the part. Best of all is that I went directly to the supplier (ADD) and found the exact same part, same brand for a price of R975.40. BKV charged me R8500.00 for the same part. So be careful of these guys. I have additional evidence of his inferior repair work and ********* business practice if anybody needs it. Be careful of this wolf in sheep's clothing.

Worked on a time crunch and certainly delivered
BKV did an excellent job on Gearbox and clutch overhaul for two of our trucks. Worked on a time crunch and certainly delivered.
