Bkv has been attending to our fleet for little over a year and it has been excellent service and communication throughout. At times when we thought services were due, they were honest enough to let us know that according to their books, the service was done already and we had not updated our books accordingly. Professional, honest and has a true passion for what he does
CTFM Brackenfell - talk about disgusting. When first arriving to the empty restaurant, 4 employees looked at us and continued talking amongst themselves. After a few minutes of waiting for ANYONE to take us to the table, one of the 4 employees finally acknowledged our existence and assisted us to a sticky table with ******* underneath. The waiter cleaned the table and took our order. The order not only took nearly an hour to come (22 pieces of sushi and 1 kids fish and chips), but there was a dead mouse underneath the booth across from us that my 4 year old son pointed out. I advised the waiter of the mouse and he said he will have it removed. After 20 minutes passing by with the dead mouse still there, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager quite literally laughed as he dealt with the situation. Absolutely do NOT recommend. Clear health violations and zero performance from staff.
Phenomenal experience at Cape Grace. From entrance to exit, all staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was spectacular and facilities beautiful.
I have asked for my funeral cover to be debited against a new account and they kept going back and forth about my debit orders not going through and as a result my policy was suspended. Only to discover months later that their fault was from their side
We travelled with Egyptair on a recent holiday to Italy. Being a frequent international traveler, I thought I knew what bad service is....then came Egyptair. Some roof panels were loose on the plane, these vibrated constantly making it difficult to sleep (and we got exactly the same aircraft on our return trip) In Millan, our one suitcase arrived in a plastic bag, with the content on display for all to see. On return our first leg took of late (also Egyptair) which made our layover extremely tight. We rushed to the gate, boarding was still ongoing. My wife turned to go to the bathroom (which was less than 20m away. The gate agent told her in no uncertain terms that she may not go! ("No time, No Time") We stood in line for the next 25-30 minutes while boarding continued, there was ample time for my wife to visit the loo. On arrival in Johannesburg none of our luggage had arrived. We completed all the paperwork, the suitcases arrived the next day, but 2 of the suitcases were severely damaged, cracked and scratched (you could see into the suitcases). Egyptair terms this "normal wear and tear" The suitcases are no longer useable. To add insult to injury, they stopped responding to my mails over a month ago.
