Order a big order through Uber Eats at 3.30 on Saturday 14 Feb for Valentine's dinner. At 6.30, 30 mins before the time I scheduled, an alert that the restaurant could not fullfil my order.. no apology, no reason. Well, I will let everybody know about this, and will never order or set foot in your terrible place. From a loyal customer.. goodbye, never again.

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Cape Town Fish Market in Waterfront with my family yesterday! The service was top-notch, thanks to Zion-Lee, our incredible waiter. She was the epitome of kindness, patience, and professionalism - a true asset to the restaurant. What also stood out was her ability to keep track of our large order (13 people!) and ensure everyone got exactly what they wanted. Zion-Lee, you've set the bar high - thank you for showing such passion for service and people. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars 😊

Amazing service received from Kane & Marcha at your Langebaan Branch. They are truly amazing when it comes to making their customers feel welcomed. As Pensioners, we really appreciated Marcha's attentive ear when we placed our order. She was patient with us and kept engaging with us all the time. Kane, we love your calm and professional demeanour. You support your staff wholeheartedly. We saw this by the way you engaged with all of them, which made us as customers very happy and calm. Kane & Marcha: Continue delighting your customers in Langebaan. You both are truly an asset to the CTFM Brand.

Cape Town Fish Market - Canal Walk So the overall experience on Wednesday the 19th of November was perfect until it wasn't.. My husband started to feel very sick - he had a fever of 38°C, chills, stomach pain, vomiting, body aches and shooting pains from his neck to his head. His fever wouldn't come down and I had to rush him to a day hospital to get some medical help, they gave him a rehydrate drip and after an hour or two the symptoms worsened. We then rushed in an ambulance to the Somerset West Government hospital.. With them taking long his symptoms got even worse he couldn't move, walk or do anything so I rushed him to Mediclinic Milnerton emergency room. They helped instantly and gave him drips for pain and prescribed some meds. We went back on Saturday morning because the medication wasn't working, they gave stronger medication but he's still in severe pain, head strobbing, vomiting and still has chills. Today is Sunday and symptoms are still the same no change so I'll be taking him to the doctor again tomorrow. Honestly didn't expect this to happen with all the people that recommended this place for great fish food and if I knew this was going to happen we wouldn't have went here in the first place. I definitely do not recommend this place! If you want food poisoning by all means eat here otherwise if you don't want food poisoning please just go to a different place! Our whole honeymoon turned into a nightmare moon! Update, it's now Monday, went to the doctor and it is salmonella.

Ate at gateway ctfm for lunch. Saw fish and chips with note at top saying 1 side. Asked the waiter if I could have fish and chips- also side of veggies which he accepted. He failed to tell me you could only have ONE side. Meal cane with no chips so asked for manager- she promptly dismissed my disappointment over no chips as the asterisk was above fish and chips which I failed to notice. No offer of a small portion of chips. The fish batter was like rock and could not eat. Did not bother to complain again as the staff NOT INTERESTED in making customers happy. Paid R600 for a horribly disappointing meal.

Always a great experience! Friendly welcome at the door and excellent quality food. My favourites so far are definitely the teriyaki salmon, crayfish, robata squid and many more to mention. Special thanks to Success for always making sure that everything is perfect. Nick is also doing a great job! This is our happy place! Once again, thanks, Success.
