Amazing service received from Kane & Marcha at your Langebaan Branch. They are truly amazing when it comes to making their customers feel welcomed. As Pensioners, we really appreciated Marcha's attentive ear when we placed our order. She was patient with us and kept engaging with us all the time. Kane, we love your calm and professional demeanour. You support your staff wholeheartedly. We saw this by the way you engaged with all of them, which made us as customers very happy and calm. Compliments to the Theatre Team at Vredenburg Provincial Hospital. I had a scheduled Gastroscopy on 12th February and was attended to by staff ( both at Admissions and Theatre Day Ward) that was extremely professional and helpful. The following staff deserves recognition: Sister Bilby - Many thanks for making us feel welcomed at Theatre and explaining the procedure in detail to us. I appreciate and salute your patient-caring attitude. Risiba - What an absolute delight to have you as our "carer" for the day. Continue delighting us as patients with your warm smiling demeanor. Alfranco - Thanks for supporting your colleagues and making their lives easier by doing all the admin. I welcomed your phone call and informing me about my appointment The Hostess -Her name I cannot remember, but she played an integral part in ensuring that all of us had something to eat after our procedure. Absolute awesome service received on 30th August'24 at your Licence Renewal Department. Although there were only one terminal open, the following staff members were truly fantastic in their duties: Dalene Williams - She was very calm & assisted and guided all the clients in a respectful & professional manner. Wilma Moerat - She processed our renewal licences very quickly and communicated with us in a friendly manner Tyrene Julies - Many thanks for your contribution in making the queues go seamless by making copies and remaing calm.
