Cape Town Fish Market Canal Walk Restaurant
These people working there at Canal Walk Restaurant stole a R400 towel I had just bought tonight. The only time my bag was out of my sight was when it was put behind their counter. The manager on duty called Piet had told me that their staff doesn’t do that, but that was the only time the bag left my sight before going to the bathroom. I’d never recommend going here again, food was good, but the overall experience turned sour after finding out this happened.1 reply

Disappointed Customer, He Takes Deposit & Disappears
I've been *****ed out of R5000 deposit for materials for building and services not completed. Utterly disappointed and did not receive anything, have tried contacting him for months and this happened in september/october 2024 and months after that tried contacting him until he blocked me. Worst bank to have a business account with. Excellent Customer Service
Bought seeds on the Sunday and delivered on the Monday. I made a request to change the delivery address on the Monday morning and I was helped without any questions asked or backlash. I appreciate the excellent customer service received and would definitely recommend. Will be purchasing again for sure!0 replies
