Debiting my account after I notify them that I am no longer working.

I spoke to Dylan Henry, ********** from Black Fox saying they are collecting dept on behalf of NSFAS. I told he that I am happy to pay but at the moment I am a contractor where I am working. She said I can call back if the contract ends. I did call since the contract ended where I was working and she promised me that the debit order will be stopped. I did notify her when the contract ended and she requested documents as proof and I did send that to her.

Now its been the second month since they are debiting my account knowingly that I am not working and now, not even one person respond to my emails. Your service deserve no star at all.
