Active since Nov 2017
I had ended my contract with Vodacom, deciding to go with MTN, and from day one they gave me sh#t service. First of all, they said they would deliver in the first week, but they only delivered in the second week. I forgive them for that one. But they continue to disappoint me. They delivered the SIM card, and I was advised that the SIM card would be active within 30 minutes. It's almost half a day, and the SIM card is still not active. When I called their customer care, I spoke to Sihle, and she advised me that she could assist but did not even bother to check my profile. I am not happy with MTN at all.
My vodacom contract was upgraded and I was given a new router on top of that. The router only worked for a month and it started given me problems. I then called the customer care, within few days they gave me a new one with no questions asked. Vodacom is still the best and the internet speed is very good.
Last week I received a premium increase of R160 from MiWay after being with them for a year. So today I called them and spoke to Nompumelelo who did not even try to lower my premiums. Infact she wanted to increase my excess in order to lower my premiums. Bear in mind I work from home 5 days a week yet they want to increase my premiums. Really disaponted with MiWay as I thought they knew what they are doing. Pathetic service at its best.
I spoke to Dylan Henry, ********** from Black Fox saying they are collecting dept on behalf of NSFAS. I told he that I am happy to pay but at the moment I am a contractor where I am working. She said I can call back if the contract ends. I did call since the contract ended where I was working and she promised me that the debit order will be stopped. I did notify her when the contract ended and she requested documents as proof and I did send that to her. Now its been the second month since they are debiting my account knowingly that I am not working and now, not even one person respond to my emails. Your service deserve no star at all.
