I spoke to Dylan Henry, ********** from Black Fox saying they are collecting dept on behalf of NSFAS. I told he that I am happy to pay but at the moment I am a contractor where I am working. She said I can call back if the contract ends. I did call since the contract ended where I was working and she promised me that the debit order will be stopped. I did notify her when the contract ended and she requested documents as proof and I did send that to her. Now its been the second month since they are debiting my account knowingly that I am not working and now, not even one person respond to my emails. Your service deserve no star at all.

I've paid off my cash converters account up until I only had about 500 rands left through black fox, when I called them early 2018 I was informed that my credit was written off. I triple checked it and it was confirmed by cash converters itself. I want to know why this account is still sitting on my credit report as an outstanding account and the amount is what initially owed them about R3700. Does these companies honestly believe that we have to pay until Jesus comes again. And why is it ok for these credit management companies to get away with this theft on a daily basis. There isn't one credit management company that does the right thing. Do I have to be vulgar for anyone to take me seriously? Not the the National Credit Regulator or these CM companies' clients care. I'm really not impressed.

DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fareed, the disrespectful employee feels that he knows me personally and that he knows what is happening in my life and in my bank account. As he feels that I can afford to make the payment as calculated per the NSFAS tables and if I am not going to pay, he is marking it as refused to pay after I have informed him that I cannot afford to pay the monthly amount stipulated. He raised his voice and after I handed the phone to my husband as my husband could hear how he was shouting on the phone, he told my husband that it does not concern him. I demand an apology personally from this disgraceful human being.

I spoke to Megan, Lucretia and the manager Josh, I find them very incompetent and very bad quality of customer service and they keep debit ordering the account for 2 months after it has been paid full with no authorization, the manager could rectify the situation and put the money back into my account and I have been phoning for 2 weeks and they keep lying and stating the process is in order but nothing has been processed. #HORRIBLESERVICE

<p>I've been getting a call from this lady. Been telling her im busy she must call during lunch. So on the 19/04/2017 heeee she calls the nerve, i tell her im at work gosh did she speak over me. She lacks telephone etiquette and is incompetent, how dare she asks me if im busy why did i answer the phone. Even after she told me the call is recorded? I will not be harrased. U better do something about her, she's rude. She didn't even ask if it was the right time to speak to me. Sies. She called me from this number ********** 330 at 10:07. </p>

13 august 2015 15:18:27 i received a message asking me to pay up my account with cash converters. In that message they provided me with their telephone number, fax number and banking details and the amount owed R801.69<br> <br> 2015/09/03. 13:47:40 I paid up R150 and i did fax proof of payment to them.<br> <br> 2015/09/30. 11:30:08 I paid up R650 and i did fax proof of payment.<br> <br> 2015/10/11 10:53:09 I paid up R20 and i did fax proof of payment. <br> <br> 28/10/2015 15:37:09 I called black fox credit management and? they were so confident to tell me that i owe R650. I asked them how much did i pay as far as 28/10/2015 and they told me that i paid up R150 +R650+R20. And i asked them that what am i owing, the consultants couldnt answer, so they kept transfering me to managers and the managers couldnt answer as well.<br> <br> They ended up telling me that i paid up the full balance and they sent me a settlement letter to prove that i paid up.<br> <br> When i check with the credit bureau, they still have records that i owe R700. <br> <br> May you please clear my name if you find everything i stated in good order.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
