On Friday 21 May 2021, I bought the fish platter for one at Piato, Glen Balade Shopping center, Glen Marias, as a take away meal. Was it the worst meal I've ever bought at any restuarant? Hell yes. The fish was watery, the chips were burn as well as the calamari. The prawns were cooked ok but had no seasoning. They gave me a yellowish sauce on the side that tasted like melted margarine and water, I swear. The best thing on that plate was the lemon. Now let me put it straight, I'm quite sure the chef asked the waitress whether the patron was black or not, cos if this sub standard food is what they give their patrons (whites since it's a predominantly white area), that establishment would've closed down long ago. It is highly unacceptable to dish out such ugly looking and tasting food. It was horrid. It's unfortunate that I didn't open the package before I left the restuarant but I know and that mofo chef knows the truth. But history will judge whomever for allowing such horrible service to be delivered to paying customers. Cos I never begged or got that food for free.
I was at Checkers Cavendish Glen like half an hour ago. As I stepped out of the store, I walked passed one of the managers that came from the centre's restrooms. He openly and unashamedly pinched his nose, it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen being done by manager from any company ever. This guy was so not ashamed of hï actions that he didn't even pretend that it was an "emergency" he just carried on for the 60 seconds that I've passed him. Now you tell me if he washed his hands after using the toilets that he just came out from. What's worst of all is, this idiot is the manager in the deli (hot foods), so what does he not do when his there at the back where the food's being prepared. I'm honestly out of my mind disgusted. OH MY GOD HOW DO I UNSEE WHAT SAW?! This from the store with one of the best managers?!
I don't know where you people got my information from. I keep getting messages from Gillard and it's irritating the living day lights out of me. I never asked for this so please delete my damn information from your damn data base. For gawd sake does one really have to ask t be be respected especially if you don't bother others. And the problem is, it's not just one message, it's several. This morning alone I've already received eleven, seems like when you delete or ignore it's an invitation for harassment. Cos that's what you are doing to me Hollard, I'm being harassed. And i don't appreciate it. I will not ask again. Next time I'll get myself to your head office and i know for a fact I won't be the one regretting. Get this **** right.
I bought a pair of shoes some time ago. Tried on one pair and took another of the same style. It took me a while before u decided to wear the shoes. Only to realise that there was some factory fault with it. The back band of the shoe (block heel sandals) are actually a full size out of place, and it's not stretch material at all. Case in point, can Mr Price please do some due diligence on their products, especially their shoes. I'm sitting with a pair of brand new shoes that still has it's price on that I will never be able to wear, and I can't give it away as well, as it looks bad. Hopefully nobody will ever have to buy a pair of poorly made shoes from your company. Thank you. Leandra
Again I just bought 1 gig data, and within a ****ing half an hour it was gone, why vodacom why in the ****ing name of God would you people keep on stealing my motger****ing money like this. That's why I don't want to buy your ****ing **** anymore cos this is ****ing day light ****ing robbery. I bought 1GB for one day at R29, half an hour later the data was depleted. I'm calling your ****ing stupid call centre after my time was wsted by a ****ing robot. I'm being told single page emails that I've send took all my data. Your ****ing company will go down, believe me when I say. Keep taking advantage of this ignorant government of South Africa till you can't no more, this is ****ing ridiculous then your staff whom I felt bad for when I've learned that robots are assisting clients now want to tell me I should swear, stop stealing our hard earned money, everybody just wants to take our money and we must just keep quiet. I can promise Vodacom right now, thank god that I'm too far away, I would've come and set your ****ing head office on ****ing fire, useless ****ing ****s
Can cash converters please deal with their service provider, Black Fox. I've paid my accounts yet on my credit report it still reflects as never been paid. Same amount is still outstanding according to my report. Or are you in cahoots with your service provider. Does one always have to scream shout and swear to be taken seriously. Does of mouth is very powerful and when companies kon fok us like this and they go down they want to blame government for an unfavorable economic environment. Get it the **** right please. We don't have to frustrate each other like this!!!!
I've paid off my cash converters account up until I only had about 500 rands left through black fox, when I called them early 2018 I was informed that my credit was written off. I triple checked it and it was confirmed by cash converters itself. I want to know why this account is still sitting on my credit report as an outstanding account and the amount is what initially owed them about R3700. Does these companies honestly believe that we have to pay until Jesus comes again. And why is it ok for these credit management companies to get away with this theft on a daily basis. There isn't one credit management company that does the right thing. Do I have to be vulgar for anyone to take me seriously? Not the the National Credit Regulator or these CM companies' clients care. I'm really not impressed.
I had a loan with Getbucks, unfortunately my situation forced me to go under debt review, needless to say, the company (Consumer Wise) never paid my accounts and i had to take it upon myself to pay off my debts. Getbucks assigned two different debt collecting agencies to collect money from me even though i did pay my account straight to them with the arrangement we had. First i paid my account through Landau Attorneys, Getbucks then took my account to Ishmael & Dahya Attorneys, and i've paid my account off through the latter. Whilst this was happening Landau started harrassing me and i\ve only been open and honest with both debt collecting companies. I was told by IDA that i would receive a letter as proof of settlement of account, it's almost a year now, i\m still waiting, meanwhile Landau is still harassing me. Getbucks if you want to steal my money, you've got another thing coming. I want my letter from you as I've paid you through your service provider, a service provider that couldn't care less whether I'm unhappy or not. I have been requesting several times now for this letter and I'm not even getting any acknowledgment of receipt of request back. i had reason why i couldn't pay my debt,k and now I've done so, so can we please lay this issue to rest, cos I'm getting highly irritated. So before i start swearing and become aggravated, please for the ****ing love of God, just sort out this ****ing mess.
I have been a loyal customer of Pick 'n Pay, Kempton Square for the past 16 years and i never wanted to complain, but i'm seriously fed up with poor customer service that we have to experience when we get there. I'm gonna put it to you people staright and then some of you can catch feelings, see if i care. If this shop's custemer base had to be white i tell you now, we wouldn't have experienced such **** service, cos blacks working for whites are still intimidated by whites, but because this shop's customer base is 99.5% black, that is why nobody could care whether this shop sells us old meat at the deli, whether the shop is dirty or whether the meet is blue ate the butchery. Yesterday the shop was busy after 5pm, i was standing at que 10, and the cashier took 6 minutes to help a customer. hwneh she was finally ready to help the next, again she took almost ten minutes to help the lady, she was giving stickers to the lady, taking it from one paper to another, she couldn't care less how slow she was, i swear to God that lady was so slow, it was like either she was told by her supervisor to be slow or she was on some secret strike. To top it all off the next person after that customer was an old lady of about 65 years, and they expected her to stand and just wait or leave, no respect, no respect at all. Not to mention 5 other customers already fell out of the que. Then she ended up calling the so called supervisor who also, as per Pick 'n Pay instruction in a black store, took her own time to get to the till point, and this is not the first time this lady has done this. Anyway, she also came and did the same sticker thing, God knows what those stickers are for. Again neeless to say, she then also took her time, i asked her if sho=e could speed up the process and guess what, she told me staright, with that rude - whatever - who- the- ****-do-you-think-you-are look in on her face "this is my job and i'm busy doing my job". Now i need to know from Pick 'n Pay, i this the type of service we have to appreciate, is this what you people teach or instruct your staff to treat your black customers or does that shop belong to that lady hece she can disrespect customer like that. Is that the type of people you put in leadership positions, cos i know for a fact, tomorrow when that cashier treats a customer like that, she can't be blamed, cos she will only follow the example of that supervisor. Or are we not in a position to expect good friendly an speedy service, because of the colour of our skin? Case in point, i hate complacency and i will never appreciate it or keep quiet about it. Respect us as much as you like our money. This type of service is highly unacceptable. Treat us with respect cos none of your customers ever go into your shops with the intention to disrespect your customers or your property, so can the favor be reciprocated? Whatever happened to the customer is always right (not that any customer was wrong in this instance) and what happened to our right to respectful treatment, what happened to the saying that we the customers pay their salaries? It is enough already that we have to greet the cashiers first cos they don't see the need to greet us first. By the way, that so called supervisors' name is lizy, i won't even bother to write her name properly just to prove the same disrespect that she showed me. PICK 'N PAY, GET YOUR STAFF IN ORDER COS THIS IS SIMPLY PREPOSTEROUS!!!
