I have called twice this morning wanting to close my account. And twice I was transferred to the retention department. They dont take calls. I held on the line for 15 mins. I will not attempt to call standard bank as this cost me money and time already. What I need is for you to close my account 10214511861. I have left enough funds to cover the monthly fees. Failure to close this account, fees accrued will be on your own account. Whatever change that is left transfer it to my puresave account to enable a successful closure of this account. Please do not attempt to contact me for any reason whatsoever.
I regret not conducting a proper research about capitec bank business account. It has been a nightmare dealing with this capitec bank. I have called several times asking capitec to setup my account to enable me to make international payments. I started making calls from 4th Feb 2025. And up until today nothing has been done to show you take your clients seriously. I made a call on the 6th asking for a no notice savings account. And I was told on the 7th it will be done. And You can guess the results… I would like someone to close this account as I will be no longer using it going forward. It’s a new account. There are no fees owing. I will not be held liable as I have asked for the closure of this account whilst there was time. Do not call or contact me. Just close the account.
I app**** for a business bank account on Monday. And up until today no one has attended my case. I then called the call Center and nobody was able to assist me. I am really disappointed in the service.
The service I have received from WFS has not been pleasant. I have been struggling with setting up my online banking for my credit card. I keep on getting an error message "A profile has been found, Please activate". I have tried to get hold of WFS to assist me. I have submitted a complaint on WFS website. I have spoken to 2 WFS consultants on 2 consecutive days escalating my case. Up until today, no one has gotten back to me. The call center is very unresponsive to phone calls. Even emails are unattended to. I dont feel like I have been treated right. Can anyone assist me urgently. I have been trying to get this done for the past 2 weeks.
Hi, in 2018 I took a personal loan with capitec. That very same year I lost my job and defaulted on my loan repayments. As a result I was black listed by Capitec Internally. And ever since I started working I have been using capitec for my salary drop. And I have tried to re-apply for a credit and I have been declined numerous times. Is there a way to fix this problem or capitec will never give me any credit.
Good day, I am very disappointed in the JD Group. It has really been unpleasant to do business with you. I made a purchase on the 21st of December 2023 with order number 500753416. I had requested a refund on the 23rd of December 2023 because the group had failed to deliver my order. When I speak to the consultants, I am told that the order was only officially cancelled on the 5th of January 2024 and my refund will only be processed within 7 to 14 days. The reason I was given is that JD Group haven’t received the goods back from their courier. I am failing to understand why is this any of my concern as this is between you and your SkyNet Courier. I never received anything from JD Group or SkyNet and yet my money is be withheld from me. I should have came here on Hellopeter to see how other customers are rating you. This is how customers are served in this organisation. I have really learned my lesson. I spend so much money calling the customer service, and all I got was some bad attitude and rudeness from all consultants. No one is really telling me how this matter is being handled. In the interest of peace, I would really like to be done with the group if only I could get my refund as soon as possible. I was contacted by HiFi Corp confirming my order would be received on the 23rd of December. I made it clear to the caller that I would be leaving the country on that particular day and I was to receive the order as I had bought the product as a gift for someone outside the country. I never received the order on the 23rd of December. I left without the order. I decided to cancel the order on the 23rd of December and asked for a refund. This was for several reasons, firstly - I no longer needed the order and secondly - to avoid fees from Payflex if I didn’t make my payment instalment with them. It is with deep regret that I had made a purchase with Hifi Corp. Since the 23rd December 2023. Nobody has processed my refund. I have been dealing with the internal complaints and refund department for the entire week. The first call I received from JD Group was on the 2nd of January 2024. I was asked a few questions and I was assured that my refund would be processed within 1-2 working days. The second call came in on the 4th of January asking the very same information. And I told the caller I thought my refund was already processed. And I was told it will only be processed on the 4th of January. And even today there is no resolution. I have to deal with fees from Payflex because of Hifi Corp. Please don’t call me or email. Just process my refund. I have heard enough of the useless calls from your group.
