I spoke to Megan, Lucretia and the manager Josh, I find them very incompetent and very bad quality of customer service and they keep debit ordering the account for 2 months after it has been paid full with no authorization, the manager could rectify the situation and put the money back into my account and I have been phoning for 2 weeks and they keep lying and stating the process is in order but nothing has been processed. #HORRIBLESERVICE
