Vodacom is Useless!

Useless ! Useless! Useless! as per my previous review I gave a full rundown of slow internet with Vodacom as my service provider . After exhausting all options I wrote a review on Hello Peter on their incompetence I got a phone call to say my problem would be escalated after two weeks no news from Vodacom. My child who relies on the internet to download his school work is losing out . I tried streaming a movie running time 01h30 a barely watched it after an hour had passed with the slow internet I managed to watch just 30 Min and abort the streaming . Vodacom are just happy to collect premiums they are useless with resolving customer issues . They literally make you cry . Do business with the other cellphone providers because Vodacom gives a useless service!
