Refund

Im extremely disappointed.I was promised a refund, yet despite multiple follow-ups, I have been passed from pillar to post without any resolution. I have been repeatedly instructed to call and email Nthabi, which I have done, but my communication has been ignored.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company of your reputation. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that my refund be processed without any further delays.
