Im extremely disappointed.I was promised a refund, yet despite multiple follow-ups, I have been passed from pillar to post without any resolution. I have been repeatedly instructed to call and email Nthabi, which I have done, but my communication has been ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company of your reputation. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that my refund be processed without any further delays.
I bought a Haval Jolion Pro at Edenvale in October 2024. Two months after I bought it ,the car started making funny sounds, and I contacted the sales representative who recommended checking out the sound. the car was serviced , they told me everything was fine. The morning after the service , the car started making loud noises when I braked . I took it back to the dealership. I was told everything should be fine with the car. However, as I drove back home I heard the noise again, which I ignored at the time, but in the morning it was worse I sent the salesman a recording of the noise and the over heating .it’s so embarrassing driving. I called the service manager but still haven’t received any help and I have been called them everyday.
I am extremely disappointed with Rage, I brought a few items from Rage Mall of South on the 9th September visiting a friend around the area. Initially, the lady who was assisting me and my mother was not interested and had attitude. when i got home I realized my son's shoe were left and left . To assist me with the issues, I went to Alex Mall because I live nearby. The manager called the head office and was asked to bring a bank statement, which I provided weeks later because I don't stay with my mother and we used her card on to purchase. After returning with the statements, the manager at Alex Mall was uninterested in assisting me and asked one of the sale assistants. I waited in the store for an hour before learning that they were unable to assist me. I needed to locate the SMS notification of my purchase, which I do not currently have, and I was made to feel guilty for receiving the wrong shoes. I also had to spend gas driving back and forth, and I still exited the store without assistance. That's how Rage treats they are customer sad
