Waiting to refunded for over 2 months!
Waiting over 2months for my Debit order to be refunded, company does not respond to e-mails, phone number just rings, whats app messages go unanswered...? very unprofessional... stay away!

Also we stated that refunds cannot just be processed because a client can easily return the debit order after we process a refund. Also we need a report from the provider. Thanks
