Worst service ever, they deal as a 3rd part and never release my line yet they say it's canceled, they never even refund my monies due to me. ****** ****s and rogues.

I signed up in July 2022 with thus company and every month of or approximately 6 to 10 days I have a problem with connection. This month was the worst I have had no connection prior to the 1st March 2023. I have not had a satisfactory response from their whatsapp connection.......sent an e-mail and received an automated response. No one contacts you personally, they always in meetings the phone line is continuously engaged BUT your payment is debited promptly every month. Pathetic and the worst service provider.

Metrofibre installed my line for free in January 2022 and after looking for an ISP, I settled with Blacknet but cancelled on the 15th of March. They actived my line on the 30th of March without me knowing. Only found out about this when I tried to active my line with a new ISP. I contacted Blacknet to release my line but they want me to pay and that is ridiculous. STAY AWAY

Waiting on over charged refunds over 3 months now .. support team promises to refund but nothing happens .. internet now not available.. Endless issues with internet.. no one takes accountability

Waiting over 2months for my Debit order to be refunded, company does not respond to e-mails, phone number just rings, whats app messages go unanswered...? very unprofessional... stay away!
