Metrofibre installed my line for free in January 2022 and after looking for an ISP, I settled with Blacknet but cancelled on the 15th of March. They actived my line on the 30th of March without me knowing. Only found out about this when I tried to active my line with a new ISP. I contacted Blacknet to release my line but they want me to pay and that is ridiculous. STAY AWAY
You people have useless drivers. I am so angry. Do you people not have people who can actually drive? Did they buy their learners and License? Please tell me because then I'll be far less harsh because I petty stupid people. Your driver doesn't hooter or anything but leaves. When he was writing his learners test, did he think his AC button was the hooter or something? Your driver is full of nonsense. I'm glad it's a Friday, I'm glad you don't deliver on weekends because in all honesty, I would be so mean to the guy if he had to come back right now. Did the man fail his drivers test? PLEASE TELL ME! MY DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE OPEN AND YOU SAY NOBODY IS HOME? Is it easier to send me an email to say nobody was home? It's frustrating as hell!
I cannot believe that I was fooled! I got such a friendly phone call from a Rain consultant and she assisted me so nicely with correcting my invoice but now my billing is ridiculously high and I've sent 6 emails to Rain with no response. They cut off my internet because I don't want to pay the amount they want me to pay I'm disappointed and now im stuck with no fixed source of internet. I am disgusted.
Lebohang Letsheko is an absolute star! She was so friendly, helpful and explains everything so nicely! The sincerity when she told me she knew about the mistake made everything so much better and I absolutely loved it. - Theren Odayar
