Waiting over 2months for my Debit order to be refunded, company does not respond to e-mails, phone number just rings, whats app messages go unanswered...? very unprofessional... stay away!
I have a 2017 Peugeot 2008 GT line, driven for just over 1 year and currently on 39000kms... still under warranty. On Sunday 07 April 2019 it left me stranded at the mall, Engine Fault: Need repair warning flashed up on the dash and it would not start, this is very strange for practically a new car. Called Peugeot emergency services and the car was towed to Peugeot Pinetown. Now this is the expensive problem I have... Peugeot South Africa refuse to give me a courtesy car for me to get around. I have been paying R226 per Uber trip to get my pregnant wife and I to work and back. My kids have to stay at home and have missed 3 days of school because of this. Now I understand that these faults happen but none of this is my fault yet i am paying the price for it. I spoke to Belinda from customer service who was very rude to me and she says this not Peugeots fault and they can not provide me with a courtesy car because the part that needs replacing is available locally??? I then told her if you can not provide a car for me you would need to reimburse me for my travelling costs which she blatantly said NO! We will not! when i asked why? she could not give me an answer. Now it is Wednesday 10 April 2019 and I am not sure when my car will be available and when my kids can go back to school! But I must give credit where its due and thank Nicole from the service department @ Peugeot Pinetown for going above and beyond to keep me updated. Peugeot SA im afraid you are losing a lot of clients because of your terrible service and poor workmanship!!!! Kovilan Govender
I have cancelled my policy on the 12 January 2018, that was the day I sold my car... I received an SMS on the 26 January 2018 stating that my policy is still active and i will be debited on the 1 February 2018... this was even after the retention department called me on the 12 - 15 January 2018 confirming my cancellation... Called on Friday 26 January to find out what going on... and Retention Department is Busy High number of calls, called Monday 29 January @ 8:05am, Guess what... Retention Department Busy High number of calls... It. makes me wonder that your service must be really going down if your retention department is always busy trying to keep customers...? All I want is my existing policy cancelled. I mean I dont even have the car anymore...???? Come on MiWay you can do better than this!
