The waitresses there were very rude and unprofessional
The waitresses there were very rude and unprofessional. I went there to get lunch, the waitress made me wait for a long time because apparently I didn't greet her back, for which I didn't hear her greet me. Even after explaining that they were very rude.

Worst Service Ever
I just had the worst service from Black Steers Westwood. Firstly, they struggled to take my order and get my address after being handed to a second person because the first person was not capable of understanding me let alone get the order right. Then the delivery guy couldn’t find our house. He phoned us twice, we gave him directions yet he still couldn’t find our house🤷🏻♀️ An hour an a half later still no order. When I phoned to speak to the manager, he blamed us for the order not being delivered. No apology!!! What a waste of 4 Burgers and 4 Milkshakes 😡 I won’t be orders from them in a hurry.

Worst Service Ever
I just had the worst service from Black Steers Westwood. A lovely sunday afternoon that just passed, we decide to get something to eat at Blacksteer, my girlfriend and I, Sat down waited for service, only for waiter to come get to our table. Ordered a milkshake, non in stock, i order a cream soda, nothing in stock , so i settle for a coke! Order food, sorry they have no wings... okay next thing, order the mexican burger, sorry no Guacamole, decided to pack up pay the bill and leave. Terrible !! Wont go back!

Horible food from Blacksteer
After having a very difficult week I decided to treat my family to some nice food. I stopped at Blacksteer in Westwood AH Boksburg. I ordered two sirloin specials and one kidies steak and chips. Upon opening our meals at home, I must say I was very shocked to see how small the steaks were. I could fit inside a coffee cup and still have room to spare, but that was still not the worst. Eating the meat was such a challenge, the meat was so though that it was uneatable. We first used normal steak knives to cut the meat, then I took out my carving knives I use for raw meat but still the meat would not cut. We ended up using scissors to cut the meat, we could not chew it and ended up chewing 3 to 4 times to get the taste and then swallowed the meat whole. The meat even tasted burnt, strange considering I ordered it medium. This was extremely disappointing and I wish I had rather bought pies at the garage as this would at least have been eatable and would not have cost me half ☹
