Worst Service Ever

I just had the worst service from Black Steers Westwood. Firstly, they struggled to take my order and get my address after being handed to a second person because the first person was not capable of understanding me let alone get the order right. Then the delivery guy couldn’t find our house. He phoned us twice, we gave him directions yet he still couldn’t find our house🤷🏻‍♀️ An hour an a half later still no order. When I phoned to speak to the manager, he blamed us for the order not being delivered. No apology!!! What a waste of 4 Burgers and 4 Milkshakes 😡 I won’t be orders from them in a hurry.
