The worst ever

Absolutely horrible!!!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed a year ago and was NEVER notified in any way, shape or form of the anaesthetist account until now. How am I expected to pay a YEAR later?

Furthermore, received a call from one Hanmarie saying that my medical aid has paid me so why have I not paid them. This has got to be the biggest joke ever right? I cancelled my medical aid long after my surgery. So my medical aid paid out to me my medical aid savings, which rightfully is mine. Now again, after being paid out my MSA, NOT A CLAIM. How was I to pay an account I had zero knowledge of?

Please do not FALSELY accuse me of *****. OR THREATEN ME. Do not make poor admin on your side, my problem.
