I’ve been a part of the one family since 2022. Every single time I’ve dealt with them was easy and seamless. From claims to requesting funds or even just clarification. They are honestly so great and almost everything is covered. 💙💙💙
Absolutely terrible service from MTN. I was billed for itemised billing, when I do not even use my MTN number. The sim card has been sitting in a box since I took the contract, only wanted the contract for the device. Have not ever used the sim. Now I am being charged itemised billing and no on at MTN can explain to me how that is possible???? Then also, you cannot walk into a store to cancel a contract with MTN you have to call them, haha good luck ever getting a hold of anyone and if you do the call magically drops after trying to proceed with the cancellation!
Absolutely horrible!!!! I had my wisdom teeth removed a year ago and was NEVER notified in any way, shape or form of the anaesthetist account until now. How am I expected to pay a YEAR later? Furthermore, received a call from one Hanmarie saying that my medical aid has paid me so why have I not paid them. This has got to be the biggest joke ever right? I cancelled my medical aid long after my surgery. So my medical aid paid out to me my medical aid savings, which rightfully is mine. Now again, after being paid out my MSA, NOT A CLAIM. How was I to pay an account I had zero knowledge of? Please do not FALSELY accuse me of *****. OR THREATEN ME. Do not make poor admin on your side, my problem.
