Goods not delivered - complete lack of respect

I paid for two bedside tables on 26 June at the Illovo store promissed the items would be delivered in 2 weeks. Just beford the two weeks I called the store to confirm the delivery. I was told the items were not ordered by the sales consultant. After that she called me to say the delay was due to the pandemic promissing the delivery for yesterday, 15 July. So, I didn't received the two bedside tables not even a call to explain the double delay. I strongly recommend not to buy from Block and Sichel as they are not reliable. Now, I'll ask my money back as I don't trust this company at all.
