Excellent service
Fantastic service. Unfortunately the item I purchased was unsuitable, however, Block and Chisel agreed to arrange collection and refund without hesitation. Very impressed with the after sales service. Thank you Andrea at Block and Chisel.

Excellent service
Online shop is magnificent, if they don’t have stock they will source & keep you up to date, wonderful service especially from Shariefa. Dispatch is also great, Bradley organise dates & times that suit us, and delivery is prompt. 10/10 for this shop.

Great customer service
Responsive, professional and good quality furniture. Placed a large online order and called the company to consider a reduction in the delivery fee. It was no problem at all and they were very helpful. The furniture delivered surpassed my expectations. Will definitely recommend this company.

Beautiful, unique
An outstanding store filled with beautiful merchandise. Something for everyone's taste in home furnishings. Beautiful furniture, decor, carpets and helpful staff that knows their products. Excellent service. Some furniture are overpriced in my personal opinion but products do seem to be of excellent quality

Goods not delivered - complete lack of respect
I paid for two bedside tables on 26 June at the Illovo store promissed the items would be delivered in 2 weeks. Just beford the two weeks I called the store to confirm the delivery. I was told the items were not ordered by the sales consultant. After that she called me to say the delay was due to the pandemic promissing the delivery for yesterday, 15 July. So, I didn't received the two bedside tables not even a call to explain the double delay. I strongly recommend not to buy from Block and Sichel as they are not reliable. Now, I'll ask my money back as I don't trust this company at all.

cheap construction
This firm sells attractive 'chests of drawers' made by Sisley. However the drawers are constructed without runners and once full, the handles are inadequate to pull them open. I wrote directly to Block and Chisel as absent runners are a cheap construction method for an expensive item; but instead of a reply, or offering a modification to the drawers; they are just sending numerous e-mail adverts for other goods.

<p>Ever visited this shop where so called arty decorators swan around doing nothing but looking important!! Bought lamps in this shop 2 months ago and got told the new shades would be coming in. All I want is 2 white shades, difficult, no impossible!!! Despite there being at least 20 in the shop there are none for sale unless you buy the lamp!! Was helped by a kind assistant but she too ran up and down but no luck. Show some charm or try to be helpful, must be making too much money!!!</p>
