Lashluv After Sales Service is Shocking After sales service is TERRIBLE. I've been in contact with Lashluv for 2 weeks trying to return the the product for a refund. All I've received is back and forth email communication asking stupid questions. I am sure the communication is from a bot and the company is not legit otherwise this matter would have been resolved already. If not, then their employees need training. I will be sure to write this review on every advert that comes across my page until this matter is resolved.
After logging a complaint on 2 June regarding customer service, I am yet to receive my refund. Despite requesting that my request for refund be escalated after sending several emails, I was advised by an agent that the refund is in progress and will take up to 14 days to refund. Definitely very unsatisfied with customer service.
I purchased several new furniture items from various retailers and was impressed by their service, however, I am dissatisfied with Cielo's after sales service. On 2 (two) seperate occasions I purchased items and was unimpressed by the handling of my complaint by a customer service agent. I am still waiting for a call from the customer services manager after logging a complaint almost 2-weeks ago about the quality of furniture delivered during the last purchase. The item is yet to be collected and my refund processed. Perhaps tomorrow I may receive a call! Order no. VAN06316
Fantastic service. Unfortunately the item I purchased was unsuitable, however, Block and Chisel agreed to arrange collection and refund without hesitation. Very impressed with the after sales service. Thank you Andrea at Block and Chisel.
