I ordered an eurolux floodlight 50W. I received a different brand. When I requested the exchange I kept saying the item is exaclty the one that I ordered. Just difficult to get my order right, even after sending the invoice with the picture and name of the original item ordered. Do not recommend at all.
I just received a call from a stranger at Cradock avenue where my order number 178104919 was delivered. However, the driver didn't make an effort to call me on my cellphone and deliver to the right address. However, the delivery is marked delivered to the correct address in my account. Which is not correct. Could you please make sure you have responsible drivers delivering my parcel to the me at the address indicated in my order? Regards Giuliana Costa.
DAB Sybox Mini 3 doesn't work well. The pump measures leaks in the house and is not possible to adjust the sensitivity of the equipment. The pump is on/off 24/7, which is a nightmare. Technical support is very inefficient and unprofessional. I've heard much more good thinks about the Jojo pumps that I'm moving too. DAB is the worse pump ever.

Requested a quote for a leak detection that was R1,250.00, however the invoice was R2,760.00 after the service completion that involved a walk around to verify that everything is closed and the water meter was not moving at all. They checked all the bathrooms nothing is leaking. We didn't have to use the frequency leak detector as the water meter is not moving.
Takealot doesn´t cancel an order if requested. There´s alway some excuse, such as the following: We are unable to cancel your order at this stage as the order has already been processed. Once you receive an SMS with the delivery date please do inform us we will then cancel the order for you. As your order #***x is already out for delivery, we cannot currently cancel the order. Please do refuse the order when delivery is attempted and let us know once you have done so by responding to this email. We will then process your cancellation request. So, basically, they will cancel an order when it suit for them. Totally disrecpecfull and **** service.

FROM TODAY I'VE BEEN DEBIT MORE THAN THE ANNUAL VALUE OF MY R139.00 MONTHLY PACKAGE AND THE REFUND IS 'ALWAYS' PROMISSED BY THE END OF THIS WEEK.
I requested immediate cancellation on the 7th of February. Supersonic didn't cancel and keep saying to wait the cancellation department to call within 10 days. Nobody calls. When I called them back, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee, but nobody have never ever sent any invoice to pay. They keep charging, charging and refuse to cancel, even when you say you don't want their services. It's such an abusive way of keeping people a very bad service and customer service is just zero, it doesn't exist.
