Fantastic from start to finish! Easy to order online and the description was accurate). Personal follow up by customer service team to find out if I wanted to include lightbulbs for the lights I had ordered. Delivery was fast and efficient and everything was well packaged and received in tact (considering the fact that it was mainly a glass product). Will definitely recommend this company.
Responsive, professional and good quality furniture. Placed a large online order and called the company to consider a reduction in the delivery fee. It was no problem at all and they were very helpful. The furniture delivered surpassed my expectations. Will definitely recommend this company.
I placed (and paid) for an online order for a headboard and upholstered bed base (to the tune of R15k) on the 15th of February 2022. Headboards For Africa eventually delivered on the 25th of April 2022 after I issued them with a letter of demand. They promise 14 to 21 business days to manufacture, but clearly don't deliver within this timeframe. Communication was poor from the very start, they promise to deliver and then come up with various excuses why they are unable to.
Ordered a gift online. Was not given the option to indicate that it was a gift. Tried to phone customer services to cancel the order immediately after placing the order (once I realised it would be delivered with the tags on and no gift message). I was unable to cancel the order online myself. Customer services said they could not cancel the order at their end either and I should call back in 3 days time once there is a tracking number. Called back as advised and the gift was already out for delivery. I was told all they could do at this point was call the driver and change the name from my name to the recipient's name. I asked them to please do this for me. My friend advised me that the only reason they knew the gift was from me was because the driver asked for me by name when ringing their bell.
Additional items charged on my receipt (only noticed when I got home). Called the manager and sent her a whatsapp with a photo of my receipt and she said she would call me back once she has looked into it. She never called.
