BLS Cape Town Branch
Was told I would get a refund and have not got anything or confirmation of when it will be processed since February below is all I got: "Please note I have confirmed again today that the refund is still process, I can not advise at the moment when the process will be complete." This is after 4 emails and going to the branch twice in last 2 months

Shocking service from BLS International - Spanish Visa
The Spanish Authorities could not have appointed a WORSE organisation to process visa applications. After more than four days of having to deal with call centre operators with little knowledge, experience and advice I was tearing my hair out. More than a few of them spoke very poor English and more than once when the discussion became too difficult for them, they simply put the phone down on you. I PITY future South African who will have to endure this SHOCKING service in the future

Shocking service from BLS International - Spanish Visa

Exceptional Service at BLS Tetouan: Kind, Efficient, and Convenient
Exceptional service at BLS Tetouan. I visited with my elderly mother, and the team was kind, attentive, and efficient. The SMS updates were very convenient, helping us track our visa status. I’d recommend using the courier option to save a second trip!

تجربتي في BLS تطوان كانت إيجابية للغاية. ذهبت مع زوجتي للحصول على تأشيرة سياحية، وكان الطاقم متعاوناً وساعدونا في ترتيب الوثائق. استفدنا من خدمة التوصيل لتجنب العودة مرة أخرى، وكانت هناك أيضًا خدمة النسخ. أنصح أي شخص بتجهيز المستندات لتجنب أي تأخير، والخدمة من الدرجة الأولى.

Excelente experiencia en BLS Tetuán: servicio rápido y atento
Mi visita al BLS Tetuán fue sencilla y sin problemas. Vine con mi hijo pequeño, y el personal fue muy paciente y comprensivo. Me ofrecieron opciones de servicio muy útiles, como el envío de pasaportes a domicilio. La recomiendo sin duda.
