The Spanish Authorities could not have appointed a WORSE organisation to process visa applications. After more than four days of having to deal with call centre operators with little knowledge, experience and advice I was tearing my hair out. More than a few of them spoke very poor English and more than once when the discussion became too difficult for them, they simply put the phone down on you. I PITY future South African who will have to endure this SHOCKING service in the future
Useless, Useless - stay away from the online Makro shopping platform !! Don’t bother calling their Customer service helpline - it is staffed by *********** call centre operators and their supervisors who refuse to provide their names and have no interest in attending to your queries. DO NOT make the same mistake !! Rather use Takealot or Amazon - far better! Spread the word -MAKRO on line is useless!!! The represent BOIPILOPROJECTS - equally useless
