Mina shame I think I was the unlucky one with this company I bought Le Creuset Vase and when it arrived it the bottom part was broken ,I waited for almost a week for this parcel to arrive only to receive it broken my heart was very broken more than than Vase. BlueCrest Took Full responsibility Of the damage and Replaced It With a New One also to Apologise They Gave Me 2 Coffee Mugs of Carol Boyes ,I really am so happy with this Company And would edge anyone to make business with them You won’t regret it
