very concern parent/ aunt

I have a niece who is every now and then feverish his temp was 39 last his mother took him to the blue downs clinic and they service are so pathetic. nevermind the waiting if it comes to your child we mothers dont mind waiting the whole day now just the assistance she receives everytime she go is unacceptable there is no care no effort nothing and its not the first time receiving this bad service from this clinic. please advise where to report this matter. urgently!!! my sisters name who recently received this bad service is -Lauren Solomons number: 0614917759
