Absolutely terrible service & I highly believe it’s racially motivated. Spent well over an hour just waiting for a 5kg refill. I asked for my empty tank back more than 3 times and only then did they put it on the pump. At least 8 people came after me were assisted and then you want to laugh about it as if I don’t understand Afrikaans. Really not the only gas place to refill & definitely never coming back 🖕🏿

On the 5 March 2022 I went to Blue Flame Gas to purchase a two plate gas stove. The sales lady was amazing but when I got to the till to pay, the cashier removed my credit card too quickly from the speedpoint. I received a declined slip and had to swipe my card again. When I got home I saw that the transaction was reserved twice. I then phoned the store and spoke to the manager Linda. She told me to go to my bank and did not even apologize for her staff member's mistake. I told her I was a first time client and she just brushed it off and insisted I sort it out with my bank. On the 7th both transactions were successful and I phoned Linda again. She was more irritated with me phoning the whole time and I was told the accounts lady will only be in on Tuesday and would be contacted regarding their bank statement. It is 17:33 and I have not received any feedback. I also work in retail and if a mistake was made we apologize and try to assist our clients, clearly Blue Flame Gas does not have the same customer service ethics. I will never purchase anything at their store again because of this experience or refer anyone to their store. Worst service from a manager I have experienced.

I had my brother injured while driving a the back of the vehicle carrying more than 10gas cylinders and he suffered brain damage and broken arms the company doesn't want to assistant in any things they send me to labour and nothing yet is resolved I got the full video and what happened and the witnesses
