I went to my local Spar in Kraaifontein, my teller was clearly someone in training and the lady sees to that everything was okay was so understanding and helpful when my 8 year old dropped the coca cola 2l bottle, She was making a joke out of it because by now all was looking at us, She was cool and stayed calm, the trainee lady wanted to give my son a hug for being so big by carried the bottle by himself. Thank you ladies, my son was very overwhelmed and you ladies was amazing, #BlackFriday
NO STARS. No customer service, no liability, no nothing, Its really shocking to see a company not giving a **** about anything, after all resources has been executed I did email the complaints department of MTN, I also sent them all the previous correspondence with MTN, And guess what, still no feedback, meanwhile I'm working from home and no internet since a week ago, or if there is its lagging, a Joke .Pathetic

Ive been a loyal subscriber of Amobia, based in Buh-Rein, but of late i get alot of people on my wi-fi which is not in my household. Also the communications is terrible as all is automated emails once you complain about service. This is not right as im a paying client but now all can use this. ALso since when does the service provider have your login password on your router, Very unhappy
Recently, I had some issues using the online platform of Discovery Bank, and i could not log in and nothing worked from my phone either, when i phoned the consultant was happy to help and went the extra mile. So i didnt get his name but thumbs up for this virtual bank doing what they doing, he even phoned me back the next day to see if all is sorted. Thank you again.10 stars for you
Hey, So Sunday,25.02.2024 seriously something was happening. I ordered online as even Uber was unavailable and could not get to the shops. I ordered online at 12:03. After an half an hour my order's ETA was adjusted to 15:00. I phoned the number to complain about it and to hear what was going on. The consultant told me that this Checkers is very busy. Okavango Crossing. Checkers. Even though my shop was stated clearly Cape Gate. So I phoned again at 15h00 when the ETA change again to 18:01. Can you believe it?? Seriously, I was fuming. Every time I phone some consultant give me a lame excuse. But to wait 5 hours is no joke. Also. all was in one bag, and 2 items not in there. I did do a substitute for all items, just in case. Oh well, that clearly didn't help. So in 1 bag, arrived the driver with 4 x1 litre box milk, biscuits, pears and apples, Cold meat( not the one I ordered) all in one bag. I was not impressed at all.
So i ordered online at 8:45 online for Cape Gate Pick n Pay. Its now 12:05 and my order has just arrived. When i phoned after the first hour the call centre lady told me she will investigate( yeah right) This is not right. I always tip the drivers cash. Today I had to tip on my card, but i will NEVER EVER order from them again. How do you squash 2 1.5l cokes, a score, fruit, and a bread into 1 bag????Are there shortages of this paper bags?????????Whats with the 3 hour wait.DISGUSTING
Good morning So my son started grade 1 and we ordered online the grade 1 stationary package that office national supply. After one and a half weeks the teacher told me 2 of the white board markers is dry. I emailed the lady that i did the order and explained what happened. And 5 minutes ago the driver of office national delivered the new permanent markers to my doorstep. Great service and friendly staff. Would reccomment them anytime to anyone. Thank you to CIndy-Ann Potgieter who assisted.
If I could give zero ratinig it would still be tooo much. I was helped by Zusiphe. I told her to please put all my stuff into bags, no matter how many bags as Im all alone with a little boy and need to carry it. Then the coke was put in the trolley with the catfood. I asked her again please put it in a plastic, she ignored me. I then noticed she put the veggies with the meat. Asking her if they dont get training on what goes with what. She still ignores me. The packer then came and just looked at me, I asked her the same thing, and i told the teller i will report her, on which she just looked away. Realy???
