I spoke to DYT which is dress your tech about the debit order that went off on bank account.

They say they are not responsible for the debit as they do not call clients and they do not register debit orders.

I would like to have that call recording of the day when you called me to sell me the contract phone because I am busy talking to my lawyer regarding this matter as I feel that I have been taken advantage of as I am a nobody. Your company is playing games with us harding working people, you can't justctake money from my bank account and the refuse to return my money. My bank account is private and I feel that my privacy was invaded by your company. Please sort this out and give me feedback.
